Where should I start?
Start with the ingredient you are looking for, not the whole collection. Session is a caffeinated sour grape focus powder; Foundation is unflavored creatine monohydrate; Night is magnesium glycinate; and Signal is Lion's Mane powder in capsules. Read each formula and its cautions before choosing.
How much caffeine is in Session?
200 mg per two-scoop serving. It also contains 100 mg L-theanine and 300 mg Alpha-GPC, alongside other listed ingredients. L-theanine does not make the caffeine disappear or guarantee a jitter-free experience. Count caffeine from all sources.
Do I need to take all four?
No. These are individual products, not a required daily stack. Your choice should reflect the formula, your circumstances, and appropriate professional advice.
Is Signal an extract?
No. It contains 1,000 mg of organic Lion's Mane fruiting body and mycelium powder per two-capsule serving, standardized to 40% polysaccharides (400 mg).
Does Night contain 2,500 mg of magnesium?
It contains 275 mg of elemental magnesium per three-capsule serving. The 2,500 mg figure is the amount of the magnesium glycinate compound.
Are the products clinically proven?
We do not claim finished-product clinical testing. Ingredient research can differ from the amount or preparation in a product. Our Standard explains how we handle that distinction.

How long does an order take?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within two hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment begins.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the product, packaging, and clear photos while we review it. See the returns and refund policy for details.
Can I return a product because I changed my mind?
We generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or opened supplements. Please read the formula and our refund policy before buying. This does not limit rights that apply under consumer law.
